Fango Service PoliciesFango employs licensed professionals who care about their work. Not only do they look to provide the quality of service that you deserve at a premier day spa, they also know your time is valuable and always endeavor to begin and complete your services on time. If your early, our receptionist will be happy to provide tea or beverage before you begin your service. When your service is complete, we will provide prompt check-out. We accept payments by cash, credit card and personal check with proper identification. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. For large parties and bridal parties, we require a credit card deposit to book & hold reservations. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled 21 or more days prior to the scheduled services. Please call or email us for inquiries. Fango Day Spa of Sedona's is a very popular day spa destination and reservations are always recommended. During peak bridal and tourist season, we recommend making reservations several months prior to a scheduled bridal date for parties of 4 or more. Although we will attempt to accommodate any changes or additions on the day of service, we cannot guarantee any services that have not been booked prior to your arrival. Return PolicyWe gladly refund or exchange any unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. We will also refund any Gift Certificates that are returned and unused within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be shipped at your expense. All refunds we will be issued to the original pay type. |
